We have a new local vet practice that has just started in business (a large farmhouse with surgery beside it) and had cause to use them on 23rd August 2008 when we had to have our cat "Jessie" PTS. Obviously a very distressing time, Karen was taken into the farmhouse for a consoling cup of tea and introduced to a 12 day old litter of kittens with the words "When one life ends, another starts".

After spending a bit of time with the kittens and their mum she reserved one. We have named her "Gypsy".
